Would you believe it’s been little more than a week and we have these tasty guys waiting outside for us? And I took this picture AFTER I harvested a full bowl last night to go with dinner. The radishes aren’t quite ready yet, but they’re getting close. Look, you can see the red radish starting to creep above the soil! Mmm, radishes.

Container Gardening
Are you a gardener? Do you boast a green thumb? If yes, lucky you! We’re not quite there yet, but we have somewhat mastered “salad greens” container gardening. And while homegrown tomatoes and corn are absolutely fantastic (not that I would know that PERSONALLY, as our tomato and corn plants didn’t do so well last year), fresh lettuce and radishes? Yum!
