Life as a Fiona sheep isn’t easy. She’s a bit on the plump side, and the goats love/harass her on a constant basis. She’s a slow, but steady kind of sheep. And she’s really not all that great at jumping. Which means, that when we take the goats/sheep for a walk and cross the stream to better pastures? She really, really has to work up the gumption to cross. But due to her hefty self, she isn’t really able to clear it. So it’s a hop, splash, hop kind of thing.
Now, we don’t want anyone to laugh at her (although we do), but here is the “going to forage” jump and then the “headed home” jump…preserved just for you.
Headed across the stream:
Headed back home:
Doesn’t she remind you a little bit of Eeyore? Lest you think her life is all jumping streams…here is the happy forager post-stream jumping and pre-headed home.
Happy munching:

Take them up to the place between the barn and my house. I bet ya they could clear that off in a day or two!
Absolutely…you just let us know where you want cleared out, and they’ll be happy to help.
Awwww, poor Fiona. She hates jumping across the stream. I think I heard her saying under her breath (“when is that SOB gonna put a bridge across this creek already!)
Fiona? A potty mouth?? Never!
